One Liner: Establishing a standardized requisition process that allows teams to efficiently track, review, and approve new hire requisitions in alignment with organizational budget controls.
The current hiring process within Vanguard’s Enterprise Security & Facilities (ES&F) department is decentralized and inconsistent across various sub-departments. This lack of standardization has led to several key challenges such as budget overruns, lack of audit trail, and limited visibility. We want to develop a streamlined requisition process workflow that routes hiring requests through financial validation before HR processing, incorporates a comprehensive audit trail, and improves visibility across departments without adding excessive bureaucracy.
