One Liner: A dynamic, personalized dashboard that lets Vanguard customers access information, ask questions, and get answers, all in one place without leaving the main website.
Abstract
This system will allow customers to ask questions and receive answers all from one place through a dynamic dashboard that changes based on the user’s account, demographic, and preferences. Our focus is to minimize each customer’s redirection from the main website as much as possible, allowing them to find what they need all in one place.
