Clery Centern CRM

Clery Center is a national non-profit based in Fort Washington, PA. You can find information about us here: www.clerycenter.org.

Our organization partners with colleges and universities to assist them with making their campuses safer for their students, staff and faculty. We provide our members with training and information to assist them to comply with the Clery Act, a federal law.

When schools become Institutional Members, they join for 1 year from the time that their membership is activated which means the membership year is not the same start and end date for each of our 230+ members. During their membership year, the institution is eligible for:

· 5 free registrations for our general trainings/workshops

· 5 free registrations for a specific type of training

· 1 review of their Annual Security Report

The benefit usage information is stored in three separate systems, Member Clicks, DigitalChalk and Salesforce.

We are looking for a way to track the usage of these benefits and make the information available to each member, so they can independently see how many of each benefit remains at any point in time.

After creating this tracking tool, we’d be interested in expanding the scope of the project, possibly to the creation of a custom CRM.
