CSL Biotech, a leading global biotechnology company serving patients in 100+ countries, faces the challenge of managing 1,500+ applications without a unified CI/CD pipeline. This senior project addresses the critical need to standardize continuous integration and deployment practices across diverse development teams as part of CSL's cloud transformation initiative. Our team is researching industry best practices from technology leaders, conducting gap analysis of current workflows, and designing a tool-agnostic CI/CD framework optimized for AWS cloud infrastructure. The solution prioritizes developer experience, security, and deployment velocity while accommodating teams with varying DevOps maturity levels. Deliverables include comprehensive technical documentation, a working proof-of-concept pipeline, and an implementation roadmap for enterprise-wide adoption.
