Abstract

EMSDC seeks student collaboration to evaluate, enhance, and optimize its existing AI-
powered website assistant as part of a broader effort to modernize member engagement,
improve information accessibility, and strengthen digital service delivery for suppliers,
corporate partners, and stakeholders.

As EMSDC continues expanding its supplier development and economic inclusion
activities across the region, the organization is increasingly reliant on digital tools to
respond to member inquiries, connect businesses with resources, support event
participation, and improve organizational responsiveness. While EMSDC currently
maintains an AI-enabled website assistant, there is significant opportunity to improve the
system’s functionality, usability, accuracy, workflow integration, and long-term strategic
value.

This project is intended to be highly practical and implementation-focused, leveraging
organizational resources and data already under EMSDC’s control, including website
content, supplier resource information, program descriptions, FAQs, event information,
and member-facing support materials.
