Vanguard's Developer Communication Preferences Platform with AI Summarization. Empower developers to manage how they receive technical communications—while using AI to summarize and distill content into digestible, relevant updates on a weekly or monthly basis. Developers are overwhelmed by the volume of technical blogs, updates, and notifications. The current centralized solution lacks personalization and summarization—developers must sift through everything manually. Developers prefer concise, relevant updates delivered at their preferred cadence and through their chosen channels.

This project will serve as a customizable communication preferences interface enhanced with AI summarization capabilities, allowing developers to select content types (e.g., Confluence blogs, GitHub notifications),
choose delivery timing (e.g., weekly or monthly digest), pick delivery channels (e.g., email, Teams, in-app banner), and receive AI-generated summaries of all relevant updates, tailored to their preferences.
