One Liner: AI-driven system to detect client frustration using synthetic telemetry data.
Abstract
This project explores how AI and telemetry data can be used to identify when a client is having a frustrating or difficult experience on Vanguard’s digital platforms. Since real client data cannot be used, we will simulate user activity and collect synthetic interaction data. The goal is to build a proof-of-concept that can recognize signs of user frustration and show how this information could help support teams assist clients more quickly and improve the overall digital experience.
