Project Overview

One Liner: Starterbyte empowers small businesses by quickly deploying affordable mobile applications that drive growth through default POS integrations, online ordering, personalized promotions, and advanced data analytics.

Abstract

We are addressing the problem of inefficient and unengaging digital customer experiences in small to medium-sized businesses, particularly focusing on coffee shops. Customers face long lines, difficult-to-navigate websites, cumbersome loyalty tracking, and a lack of personalized promotions. These issues result in a poor customer experience and missed opportunities for businesses to build customer loyalty. On the business side, the problem is compounded by financial constraints and a lack of digital expertise. Traditional app development agencies charge upwards of $100,000, which is unaffordable for many small businesses. Currently, businesses either do not have a mobile app or rely on expensive and less customizable solutions offered by competitors like ChopDawg, Craver, Per Diem, or low-code/no-code tools that do not fully meet their needs.
