Monthly Metrics Collection

Vanguard’s current security metrics visualization is inefficient, limited, and visually outdated. The project aims to modernize the data submission process and redesign the dashboard experience by introducing direct file uploads and an overhauled visual design. Instead of emailing the spreadsheets to a single coordinator to input data, each team will upload their Excel files directly through a new submission interface. Submitted data will be automatically processed, consolidated, and made accessible in the dashboard for visualization and reporting, providing leadership with timely and reliable insights.
