Project Overview

One Liner: An adaptive, gamified language-learning platform that helps users master new languages efficiently through personalized progression, spaced repetition, and real-time feedback.

Abstract

This project presents an interactive, evidence-based language-learning platform designed to make mastering new languages efficient, engaging, and sustainable. The system combines adaptive progression, mastery tracking, and a scientifically informed spaced repetition review engine to optimize long-term retention. Each learner experiences a personalized journey—where difficulty adjusts automatically based on performance, and review schedules evolve with individual learning patterns. Features such as pronunciation feedback, AI-assisted tutoring, and non-punitive progress tracking encourage consistent engagement without frustration. The platform’s design emphasizes accessibility, responsiveness, and motivation through intuitive visuals, micro-lessons, and achievement systems. Together, these elements create a modern, data-driven approach to language learning that transforms short study sessions into measurable, lasting fluency gains.
