Abstract
Extracting and parsing tender offer data from unstructured formats to identify and process relevant fields for corporate action data. This microservice uses data extraction, machine learning, and natural language processing to automate the extraction and parsing of tender offer data from unstructured documents to assist in corporate action processing.
