One Liner:

Enhancing the security of Drexel’s independent student newspaper through real-time threat detection, centralized user management, and a highly available infrastructure.

Abstract:

Tri-Secure strengthens The Triangle’s IT infrastructure with real-time threat detection, centralized authentication, and proactive security monitoring. We deployed Wazuh for alerting and analytics, and integrated Active Directory with Authentik for unified user management. Custom dashboards were built to provide future IT teams with clear, actionable insights, ensuring long-term stability and continuity.

Description:

The Triangle, Drexel University’s student-run newspaper, relies on its digital platform to deliver campus news and preserve university history. However, its infrastructure previously lacked centralized monitoring and security controls. Tri-Secure closes these gaps by deploying Wazuh for real-time threat detection and alerting, and by implementing centralized user management through Active Directory and Authentik to enable secure single sign-on access.
